This Refund Policy applies to purchases made from Coach Juice Performance LLC, including digital products, online programs, memberships, custom programming, online coaching, in-person training, private sessions, group training, Speed Lab, camps, clinics, evaluations, and related services.

By purchasing from Coach Juice Performance LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy, our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer.

 

1. Digital Products — All Sales Final

 

All digital product purchases are final once access has been delivered.

Digital products include, but are not limited to:

Built For Contact™
Football Neck Armor Protocol
Athlete Branding & Recruiting Roadmap
Built For Contact™ In-Season Pro
PDF programs
training manuals
video libraries
membership content
downloadable resources
bonus materials
online courses
instant-access training systems

 

Because digital products are delivered through immediate online access, email delivery, downloads, membership access, video access, or other electronic delivery methods, we do not offer refunds once access has been granted.

 

No refunds will be issued for:

change of mind
buyer’s remorse
lack of use
failure to open, download, or complete the product
failure to follow the program
failure to achieve a specific result
purchasing the wrong product
not having enough time to use the product
injury, schedule conflict, season change, or life circumstance after purchase
technology issues on the customer’s device, browser, email account, or internet connection
disagreement with the training methods, programming style, or coaching philosophy
results not matching expectations

 

2. No Results-Based Refunds

 

Coach Juice Performance LLC does not guarantee any specific athletic, physical, recruiting, scholarship, strength, speed, performance, injury-prevention, roster, playing-time, or financial outcome.

Training results vary based on age, training history, effort, consistency, nutrition, recovery, injury history, equipment access, sport demands, execution, and many other individual factors.

Refunds will not be provided because a customer, athlete, parent, or purchaser did not achieve a specific result.

 

3. Limited Refund Review Exceptions

 

Refunds may be reviewed only under the following limited circumstances:

A. Duplicate Purchase

If the same customer accidentally purchases the same digital product more than once using the same or substantially similar name, email, and billing information, Coach Juice Performance LLC may refund the duplicate transaction after verification.

B. Billing Error

If Coach Juice Performance LLC or its payment processor causes a verified billing error, we may issue a refund or correction after review.

C. Failed Product Delivery

If a customer does not receive access to a purchased digital product due to a verified technical issue on our side, the customer must contact support within 7 days of purchase.

We will first attempt to restore or provide access. A refund will only be considered if we are unable to provide access within 72 hours after receiving all required information from the customer.

D. Unauthorized Transaction

If you believe a transaction was unauthorized, contact us immediately. We may require identity verification, order information, and cooperation with the payment processor.

Submitting a refund review request does not guarantee approval.

 

4. Online Coaching & Custom Programming

Online coaching, custom programming, athlete evaluations, video reviews, program design, consultations, and personalized coaching services require time, planning, expertise, and preparation.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, online coaching and custom programming purchases are non-refundable once any of the following has occurred:

intake form has been submitted or reviewed
programming has started
custom plan has been created
program has been delivered
coaching communication has begun
video review has been completed
access has been granted to any coaching platform, app, membership, or resource

 

No refunds are provided for lack of use, missed communication, failure to submit training videos, failure to complete workouts, schedule changes, or dissatisfaction after coaching work has begun.

 

5. In-Person Training, Speed Lab, Camps, Clinics & Private Sessions

 

In-person training, Speed Lab, camps, clinics, private sessions, semi-private sessions, group training, performance evaluations, and similar services are service-based purchases.

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

completed sessions are non-refundable
no-shows are non-refundable
same-day cancellations are non-refundable
late cancellations are non-refundable
unused sessions are non-refundable after the expiration period listed at purchase or communicated in writing
prepaid packages are non-refundable once the first session has been used
reschedules may be allowed at our discretion based on availability

 

If Coach Juice Performance LLC cancels a session and cannot provide a reasonable reschedule option, a credit, transfer, or refund review may be considered at our discretion.

 

6. Memberships, Subscriptions & Recurring Payments

If any product or service is sold as a recurring membership or subscription, the customer is responsible for cancelling before the next billing date.

Cancellation stops future billing. It does not automatically refund prior payments.

No partial refunds are provided for unused time, unused access, missed sessions, lack of use, or cancellation after a billing date.

 

7. Payment Plans

 

If a product or service is purchased through a payment plan, the customer is responsible for completing all scheduled payments unless otherwise stated in writing.

A payment plan is not a subscription that can be cancelled to avoid remaining payments. It is an agreement to pay the full purchase amount over time.

Failure to complete payment plan obligations may result in revoked access to digital products, coaching platforms, memberships, services, bonuses, and future purchases.

 

8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

We are committed to helping with legitimate billing errors, duplicate purchases, and access issues.

If a chargeback or payment dispute is filed, Coach Juice Performance LLC reserves the right to submit evidence to the payment processor, card network, or financial institution, including but not limited to:

proof of purchase
checkout records
IP/device/access logs
email delivery records
membership access records
download records
terms and policy acceptance
customer communication
program access history
refund policy records

Filing a false or abusive dispute may result in revoked access to purchased materials, memberships, coaching services, bonuses, and future purchases.

 

9. Revoked Access

 

Coach Juice Performance LLC reserves the right to revoke access without refund if a customer:

shares login credentials
copies, distributes, resells, uploads, reproduces, or transfers program materials
attempts to reverse engineer, duplicate, or commercially exploit our content
violates our intellectual property rights
abuses support or refund systems
files false claims
violates our Terms & Conditions
uses the materials in a way that harms Coach Juice Performance LLC or its brand

 

10. Minors

 

Purchases for athletes under 18 must be made or approved by a parent or legal guardian.

By purchasing, the buyer confirms they are at least 18 years old or are the parent/legal guardian of the athlete using the product or service.

 

11. How to Request a Refund Review

screenshots or documentation, if relevant

 

Refund review requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase unless otherwise required by applicable law.

 

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary based on the payment processor or financial institution.

Coach Juice Performance LLC reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests at its sole discretion, subject to applicable law.

 

12. Policy Changes

 

Coach Juice Performance LLC may update this Refund Policy at any time. The policy in effect at the time of purchase applies to that purchase unless otherwise required by law.
