Summer Speed Lab Schedule
Summer Speed Lab runs on Saturday mornings at 9:30 AM. Each session lasts approximately 90 minutes.
Phase 1: Acceleration & Sprint Mechanics
Dates:
June 6, June 13, June 20, June 27
(July 4th Week is Off)
Phase 2: Max Velocity & Game-Speed Transfer
Dates:
July 11, July 18, July 25, August 1
9:30 AM start
Approx. 90-minute session
Full Summer athletes receive access to both phases for the complete 8-session progression
