JULIAN BALDI
My 12 year journey in Strength and Conditioning has been nothing short of remarkable. My fitness journey began at the age of 15, when I started lifting weights alongside my new passion for football.
I sustained my journey through my resilience and ambition. I moved from Italy to the USA during my senior year of high school to pursue football and later served as the strength coach for Clearwater Academy International while refining my skills. My hard work earned me a scholarship to Valdosta State University, where I helped lead my team to a National Championship. After a successful college career, I received an invite to the CFL Combine, but an injury shifted my path to the WWE. My story illustrates how determination and dedication can open doors in the world of sports…

Coming from Italy alone, I left my family behind in pursuit of a dream. Out of high school, I had ZERO offers, just a burning desire to prove myself. The journey began at Junior College—a path defined by adversity, sacrifice, and long odds.
Every moment of loneliness, every setback, and every ounce of doubt became a lesson. Pain taught me perseverance. Adversity built my resilience.

During my time leading the Strength and Conditioning program at Clearwater Academy alongside Adan Lopez at Bulletproof Athletics, we achieved remarkable success.
With over 15 athletes going D1 and more than 40 D1 offers within the program. This achievement is a testament to the exceptional coaching staff, led by Head Coach Jesse Chinchar, and the culture of peak performance we built in the weight room. The hard work and dedication of the athletes, combined with the performance-driven atmosphere we fostered, played a key role in their success on and off the field.
